COVID-19 Update Starting March 1 (Monday), the Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center in partnership with the Town of Hamden will begin offering COVID-19 vaccinations at the Hamden Board of Education building located at 60 Putnam Ave. Vaccinations will be administered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by appointment only. Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center follows Connecticut Department of Public Health guidelines for vaccine eligibility (listed below). Community members who are eligible to be vaccinated can schedule an appointment by calling the health center at 203-503-3000. We encourage all our Residents to consult their doctor about getting vaccinated.

55-64 years old March 1st, 2021
45-54 years old March 22, 2021
35-44 years old April 12, 2021
16-34 years old May 3, 2021
